Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

On occasion D’CIEL Cosmetics offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. D’CIEL Cosmetics ships via USPS for all domestic packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$7.90 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $40)

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your city or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been received by USPS.
Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
